Floating water generates excessively in lush caves

      With the new caves it you could sometimes find floating water that wasn't flowing.

      But the new lush caves seem to have the problem worse and there is much more instances of water being suspended in air

      How to reproduce
      1- Create a lush caves singlebiome world with seed -8508883206669806165
      2-/execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 77.50 -38.00 272.84 -2070.12 -20.98
