The Bug:

There is no view bobbing whilst walking through powder snow or cobwebs, despite having it enabled in the settings.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Enable View Bobbing in your settings. (Options > Video Settings > View Bobbing: ON)
• Walk along any block other than powder snow or cobwebs.
  →  Notice how your arm bobs when walking.
• Walk through some powder snow.
  →  Notice how your arm doesn't bob.
•  Walk through some cobwebs.
  →  Notice how your arm doesn't bob.
