Using beds or /weather only changes time in overworld, causing it to not work in custom dimensions

      Using beds or /weather doesn't work in custom dimensions

      How to reproduce:

      1. Download the datapack
      2. Import it to a new world
      3. Teleport to the Waterworld dimension
      4. Use a bed (when it's night) or /weather
      5. → It doesn't work

      /time works fine.
