      The Bug:

      The tops and bottoms of end rods are not culled by some blocks that completely cover them.

      Here is a list of the affected blocks. Please note that there could be more.

      • Torch
      • Soul Torch
      • Redstone Torch
      • Sea Pickle
      • Flower Pot
      • Lantern
      • Soul Lantern
      • Candle
      • Brewing Stand
      • Pressure Plate
      • End Rod
      • Dragon Egg

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place one of the affected blocks above an end rod.
      2. Take note as to whether or not the tops and bottoms of end rods are culled by some blocks that completely cover them.

      Observed Behavior:

      The tops and bottoms of end rods are not culled.

      Expected Behavior:

      The tops and bottoms of end rods would be culled.
