I searched for this but surprisingly nothing seemed to turn up.

Note how the oak planks texture application across the five blocks varies; the full block, slab and fence gate go from bottom left to top right, but stairs and fences have these top right to bottom left.

Expected behaviour would be to have all of these go in the same direction.
