There's a lot of problems with this mob, and one of the issues is that when a glow squid is summoned with NoAI: It still moves! And slap PersistenceRequired on that and it still despawns! Preposterous Mojang. You could do better with the AI. I know its not due to the snapshot because Axolotls work just fine.
