      Good day, Mojang Team!
I've recently got my account for the game, as I used a cracked version before since I had no access to the original version of Minecraft back then. I changed my skin in the 'skin' section, but when I load up the game, I still appear as the default skin of the player, in my case it's Alex. I tried to launch my server and try it out with a friend, but it turns out I can't see their skin either, but they can see mine. I've done my research in the %appdata% folder, and it only had the 'Tweaker.txt' file in it, nothing else. After I've installed the Custom skin loader mod with fabric I was able to see my skin, but it won't have the same effect when I'm using the latest release. I made sure to remove the cracked launcher, everything related to that launcher, and I can't seem to find a reason for the skins not appearing. It can be because I'm not migrated yet, But I don't want to assume anything.
      Thank you for your time!
