ore not generating above -16

      I have been mining for about an hour and was finally fed up with finding no iron ore and finally got an x-ray texture pack and found out that there was no ore above -16!. if anyone has any idea for fixes then tell me but in the meantime, I'm just going to give myself some iron.

      I have included my world and the x-ray texture pack so you can download both and check it out for yourself.
