There's this issue with the website and the minecraft launcher not working for me, for some reason it won't upload my current skin I have downloaded no matter how many times I upload it or how many times I relaunch it from the launcher. 

1. I've tried using skins that were related to the new update, still no go. 

2. The launcher skins don't do anything to no matter how many times I relaunch it
