This issue started happening right after I Updated to 1.4.2. I used three different texture packs (simple-craft sonic the hedgehog and one that I made for my own personal use)and each one had the same distorted skin problem. It appears as though the zombies face is moved to the back of its legs and basically parts of it are jumbled horribly and placed in random areas of the zombies body.
