every time i try to press the singleplayer button it says saveing world and closes then this error

come on the minecraft launcher The game crashed whilst mouseclicked event handler
Error: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
Exit Code: -1 i  even gave more ram to 4 gigabytes and lowering it down to 2 please help.
