If a geode and a lava pool generate in the same place, the geode will replace the stone around the lava pool, but the lava will not be replaced or updated.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new world in the snapshot
2. Go into spectator mode
3. Fly underground and search for a geode with a lava pool inside it.
