idk if this is a problem in other versions, but i know its a problem in this one.  it might be because all of the chunks are glitching out but i have no idea.  i have f3 on in the video in case it helps.  i was actually trying to report a different glitch when i found this one.  i have no idea why this is happening i was just trying to give myself night vision using a splash potion.  i left and rejoined and everything was fine.  it was just such a weird thing that i had to report it.

edit: i was able to replicate it by throwing potions into a chunk border then throwing them onto solid ground as seen here in this new video https://youtu.be/o8c-PkBXveo
