This happens in single player and on MineOS Server with the latest .jar snapshot.

Create New world. Teleport to 2568 66  1103 and move eastward toward 2668 66 1103. Seed is -9102593612379606160

So I created another world... Random seed... and teleported to the same coordinates..same thing. This seed is 4289514880802389337
