Numerous times while crafting gold ingots from gold nuggets, some of the nuggets vanish.  This is occurring when I am trying to craft 9 gold bars from 2 stacks of nuggets (total greater than 81 needed to make a gold block).  I'm filling in the crafting grid by clicking the recipe from the alternate recipe popup, clicking the nugget->ingot recipe.  I expect to click it 9 times but somehow some of the nuggets vanish in the process.  In case it matters, the times that I have had this happen, my inventory was completely full and there was stuff lying on the ground to take up the empty spots.
