Gameplay
Endermen and Shulkers are able to teleport onto the Nether roof and custom dimensions that have the has_ceiling property set to true / have a differing logical_height. If an Enderman is holding a block when it teleports to the roof, it will be unable to place the block down since it's all bedrock blocks and will not despawn.
