When I tried to sleep in a bed while a villager was in it: 

• No message popped up telling me I could only sleep during night and during thunderstorms.
• Bed no longer worked.
• Block updates stopped.
• When I break a block nothing drops.
• All mobs and entities stopped.
  • Could no longer damage mobs. 
  • When I drop an item it is gone.
• When I try to save and exit it gets stuck on the saving screen.
