After bonemealing a large amount of moss onto stone, the game stopped letting me use bonemeal or commands. Re-started and had the same issue. This version was un-modified and had no data packs. When saving the world, it got stuck on the saving screen and wouldn't let me close the tab.

Note: this happened in an un-modified single biome swamp world.
