Anything that opens such as doors, chests, etc will not open

*What I expected to happen was chests and the like (barrels, minecarts, doors should open.

*What actually happened was that anything that can be opened was not working and would not open

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load game with latest snapshot
2. Open anything that can be opened such as chests, barrels, hoppers, minecarts with hoppers, etc
