      What I expected to happen was...:
      Water probably should behave like with fences e.t.c

      What actually happened was...:
      Small dripleaf after puting down and removing it, destroys water.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Put small dripleaf in the one block of water
      2.  Destroy small dripleaf
