In single-player and in multiplayer even on public, online servers I can only see basic Steve or Alex skins. I've re-applied my skin on minecraft.net, I've unselected and re-selected my skin in the launcher. Everything says that this is my skin, even my profile picture on minecraft.net changed to my skin's face and yet in-game I cannot see my, or anybody else's skins. They say they can see mine, however.
