The Bug:

Sculk sensors are not activated upon using a spawn egg.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Spawn any mob using a spawn egg.
  →  Notice how the sculk sensor does not activate upon doing this.

Additional Information:

Quote from the 20w49a Changelog, "A vibration is anything that causes physical motion". I would definitely consider this as physical motion, as a mob is being summoned. Closely relates to MC-210279 and since this is a confirmed issue, it would only make sense for this to follow the same pattern.
