When shulkerbox duplicates, the one that teleport sometimes is rotated wrongly, i wasnt able to get this bug when they teleport becouse theyre on an invalid spot, only when teleporting becouse they are going to duplicate themselfs, Also this seems to be more than a visual error, becouse even with their hitbox on a portal while in this glich mode, it can prevent them from going trough a portal.
