Replicating

1 - Make a texture that is 50% opaque

2 - Replace the Glow Lichen texture in a texture pack

3 - Open a world in 21w03a and place a Glow Lichen

4 - Witness the bug

If you have anything more opaque than 50%, it wont be transparent at all
