      The Bug:

      Glow item frames are rendered dark when a light source is nearby.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • Go into a dark area.
      • Place an item frame and glow item frame next to each other.
      • Place a light source nearby.
        →  Notice how the glow item frame is rendered dark.
