I have Minecraft Java and have had it for a while with no issues with skins. 

In Dec/Jan I attempted to change my skin through the launcher instead of the website, that seems to be when the problem started, making my skin appear as all white in single play and multiplayer servers. This problem only effected my skin specifically, looking white on my screen as well as making my skin look all white to other players. 

I have tried resetting my skin in the launcher and on the website, as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher. I also looked into what sounded like a fixed equivalent of this bug telling me to change which anti-virus program I have installed, but I have done that as well and seen no change.
