When you're climbing scaffolding, the jump statistic increases ever scaffolding you climb, even when holding the jump key the whole time, making a smooth climb.

Steps to reproduce (adding auditory cue):

1. /scoreboard objectives add Jump minecraft.custom:minecraft.jump
2. /scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar Jump
3. Create a pillar of scaffolding
4. Climb the pillar and notice how the scoreboard increases for each block climbed
