After game crash minecraft loses internet connection

I was testing a dupe that requires me to crash my game and after the game crashes when I open the Minecraft launcher back up I no longer have internet connection. There is a little bar that says"Oh no! Something went wrong, and we couldn't connect to the Minecraft services. Try Again". and when I reopen launcher or refresh the connection it is not fixed.
