We are playing in a Realms server and we don't know why, the nether portals doesn't send us to the dimension. This was going to be the first time we go that dimension, but we don't know why, when we are crossing the portal, it doesn't send us to the nether. We tried to make the portal as always (2*3) and biggers, but no one works. We tried to generate the nether in singleplayer but the world doesn't generate the dimension anyways. I don't what other information can you need to solve this, since it's a very weird bug.
