i logged in with a microsoft account , i selected minecraft java edition , then i click on the BUY MINECRAFT , i put the credit card iformations , zip code and everything , and something went wrong with the payment , monney was taken from my credit card but i have the demo version . 

monney was taken but i didn't get the full version of minecraft java edition please help me , i post on twitter support , i sent email , i don't know what to do .....
