When an arrow is shot onto a repeater and the repeater is updated, (i.e. Right-clicked or activated) the arrow falls a bit and plays it's landing sound.
What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the arrow to stay silent.
What actually happened was...:
Every time a repeater is updated with an arrow on it, the arrow replays the sound, and moves a bit.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place Repeater
2. Shoot arrow onto repeater
3. Right-click repeater to change tick / Activate with redstone
