      The Bug:

      Wool incorrectly occludes the vibration of item frames being placed.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • Build the setup as shown in the attachment below. setup.png
      • Place a button attached to the wool above the diamond block.
      • →  Notice how the sculk sensor activates.
      • Destroy the button.
      • →  Notice how the sculk sensor activates.
      • Place an item frame attached to the wool above the diamond block.
      • →  Notice how the sculk sensor doesn't activate.
      • Destroy the item frame.
      • →  Notice how the sculk sensor activates.

      Observed Behavior:

      Wool incorrectly occludes the vibration of item frames being placed.

      Expected Behavior:

      Wool would correctly occlude the vibration of item frames being placed.
