When you drop an item on a shulker, the item gets launched off, as if the shulker pushes it out, while the item is trying to fall through.

Steps to reproduce:

1. /summon minecraft:shulker ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}

2. Grab an item
3. Drop the item on top of the shulker
