Ok So Basically I Tried Talking In A Server I Will Not State The server but im greeted with "Cannot Send Chat Message" Every Single Time i try to talk, and NO it is not just with that server i tried it with all the servers i play on and it says the same exact thing, Even in Hypixel!

This only seemed to happen after i downloaded shaders but they are safe, i checked myself, This is very confusing and any assistance would be lovely.
