Cats continuously purr while in a bad, causing a jumbled sound.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a passive flat world
2. Spawn a cat, and tame it (keep it standing)
3. Place a bed
4. Change the time to night:

   /time set midnight
   

5. In survival mode, sleep in the bed

What I expected to happen was...:
One of the three cat purr sound effect files should play once in a while as the cat is on a bed.

What actually happened was...:
The cat begin purring without stopping, causing upwards of 13 sounds to play at once on top of each other, even allowing the cat to meow in between the purr sounds.
