Andesite Wall, when connected, has Z fighting on it's bottom texture.
The area showed in red flickers in-game (I tried my best to catch the flickering on the screenshot).

Solved:
Sorry for the inconvenience. Turns out it is caused by the Optifine. Tried out the vanilla version and it doesn't have the issue. Thanks for the answers!
