Hi!

So my problem is that My Minecraft launcher does not work. I have been using the Windows Vista launcher because it is the only version of the launcher that works for me. When I play on 1.16.4 with the Windows Vista launcher, it works but I am not able to see any skin. All I see are Steve and Alex skins, But when I play on 1.8.9 on the Windows Vista launcher, it works. I tried using the Widows 8 and 7 launcher but they keep telling me not responding. Is it an issue with my computer or account? Get back to me when you have the chance.
