      The bug

      When a text field in the game rules editing menu is selected (accessible when creating a new world), the cursor doesn’t blink, unlike in chat, creative inventory, social interactions, recipe book, anvil, and more.

      How to reproduce

      1. Open Minecraft -> Singleplayer -> Create New World -> Game Rules
      2. Click on a text field
        Observe how your cursor does not blink
