Pistons don't update properly when in a specific configuration

      This bug appears to be locational (It will happen in some locations and not others)

      I would like to clarify: This bug does have to do with quasiconnectivity but this mechanic is locational, and inconsistent and clearly not intended. This bug most likely happens because of the update order of the redstone and the piston.

      To Reproduce:

      1) Join a singleplayer world

      2) Place certain blocks as shown in the attached screenshot (The repeater and Redstone dust must be in exactly the same spot as in the screenshot, but the wool is not necessary) Build this structure in several different locations

      3) Turn the lever on and then off

      4) observe that in some locations, the piston remains extended unless it receives a block update
