When riding a horse and dropping down onto a crop the player is removed from the horse and placed beside it. Player then is unable to return to riding the horse and horse is seemingly stuck on that block. Exiting the world and returning to it allows the horse to return to normal and player can get back to riding. It does not appear to happen when riding backwards and falling onto crop blocks. I have also had a horse completely vanish from a world after this happening. I also play on bedrock version and have not experienced any similar issues on there.
