Reproduction:

1. Place a long line of rail blocks, any type
2. Hold sprint + jump while going along that line
3. Sound effects of walking on rails play despite currently not touching the ground

Bonus bug:

While walking/running on the rails without jumping, it plays the stepping sound effect of the block that is below the rail, not the rail block itself
