      The bug

      An axolotl's hitbox is not correctly centered whilst inside of a boat.

      How to reproduce

      1. Run: 
        /summon minecraft:boat ~ ~ ~ {Passengers:[{id:"axolotl",Air:999s}]}

        →  Notice how the axolotl's hitbox is incorrectly centered when it moves
