      The Bug:

      Axolotls sometimes twitch rapidly when adjusting their rotation.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Summon an axolotl on land or in water. (More noticeable on land).
        →  Notice how the axolotl twitches rapidly when adjusting their rotation.

      I've attached a video which shows this issue. In this video, you can see that axolotls twitch rapidly when adjusting their rotation.
