I reproduced two tickets. I naturally found teh Cat can't breed bug, and after some investigation and coming across another ticket, realized it was caused by 'Cat Stuck Downstairs' bug.

The breeding issues was not yet reproduced on vanilla as I have not found a second cat yet in my new world, but considering that ticket had way more examples from others, including a screenshot of a vanilla version, I'm positive it still occurs if I were to find a second cat.

I found the cat breeding issue while using mods, but noticed that another reporter had their bed above their cat, while I had mine below. So I looked up Cat stuck in place bug, found it, and reproduced it in a fresh, vanilla world.

Couldn't tag people (which makes sense in a more public jira, obviously) and they were both labeled as 'Resolved' (which sounds confusing, if not incorrect). so wasn't sure anyone would get updates from my comments on them. So I just created a new ticket altogether.

Unsure if this occurs in bedrock edition.
