When a minecart is going diagonal, along rails, when it is separated by one block from lower rails, it appears to clip through and travel on the lower rails for a split second.

Attached is a video of this happening in creative.

With F3 + b, I can see the hitbox stays on the top rail (also with an entity in the cart, the entity stayed on the top rail), so I think this is just a visual bug.
