For some reason I cannot see custom textures or skins.  I play with my friend sometimes but his skin shows up as Steve or Alex.  I can see my own custom skin but not anyone else.  I play on some Minecraft servers and cannot see custom heads or skins its just a big lobby of Steves and Alexs.  If there is a way to fix this please let me know.  P.S. This has been happening for almost a year and I kept everything updated.
