      Description

      The bug

      Just noticed that you can't hit a ghast fireball in a different direction if your attack does 0 damage (due to you having the Weakness effect). The fireball will kind of jerk away visually and then return to where it was, snowballs, eggs, etc. still seem to work, and using a sharpness item will still work due to MC-92734.

      How to reproduce

      1. /summon minecraft:fireball ~1 ~1 ~1 {Motion:[0d,0d,0d]}
      2. /effect give @s minecraft:weakness 1000 0 true
      3. Hit the fireball with your fist. It will glitch forward without colliding with anything and then return to where it was. (If the fireball is in water it will do this repeatedly.)
      4. Hit the fireball with a stone+ sword or projectile. It will get hit normally.
