Admittedly, I do have OptiFine installed to 1.16.4. I have just created a backup and opened that in the Latest Regular Minecraft Release (1.16.4) and the bug is still there, so it doesn't seem to be just an OptiFine Issue.

When I first created the world (6216221032456783498 seed in Java), I began hearing the sound for when entering a Nether Portal (or something very similar to it). I thought nothing of it and even thought the noise would just go away if I reloaded the world. That didn't work. So I tried to see if anyone else had this issue; I couldn't find any. It wasn't annoying for awhile because it would only happen once every 15-20 minutes. Now, I've made a Nether Portal and the noise persists even if I'm so much as 30+ blocks away. I tried to be of an aid of assist and try to find the exact file, but I can't begin to comprehend the sorting system for the sound files.

I apologize for the long read, but I figured I should be very clear and give as much detail as possible. Thank you for your time and efforts. They will not go unnoticed.
