If you have items dropped next to a creeper, it can explode them when mobGriefing is set to false. This seems like it probably shouldn't happen, right? I get why it happens normally, but I think it should be disableable just like creepers destroying blocks is. Not sure if this is intentional or not, but I thought you people should know anyways.
