      Brief Description:

Setting any floating block to a pointed dripstone, causes the replaced block to drop as an item.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Run the command /setblock ~3 ~1 ~ andesite
      2. Run the command /setblock ~3 ~1 ~ pointed_dripstone
      3. Upon the andesite being replaced, it will drop as an item.

      Observed Results:

The block that is replaced drops as an item.

      Expected Results:

The block that has been replaced should not drop as an item, as no other blocks being replaced follow this pattern.

      Screenshots/Videos:

I have attached a video which shows this bug in action.
